Submissions are read before anything is used. This keeps private details off the website and keeps the message accurate.

You can send private feedback, allow follow-up, or give permission to quote the story later.
You choose the name
If your story is ever quoted, you can choose anonymous, first name only, initials, full name, or ask first.
The form will ask for an email address so we can follow up if needed. It will not ask for account numbers, bank logins, Social Security numbers, or detailed financial records.
