Debt Blaster is designed as desktop software. The debt accounts, balances, interest rates, payments, payoff plans, reports, and other financial details you enter into the software are normally stored on your own computer.
ZilchWorks does not automatically receive your personal debt plan data simply because you use the software. If you email us a file, screenshot, report, database, log, or other support material, we will use that information to respond to your request.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Process orders, confirm purchases, issue license keys, provide downloads, and manage refunds.
- Respond to support requests, troubleshoot problems, and improve customer service.
- Send product updates, launch notices, upgrade offers, security notices, or administrative messages.

4. Merchant of Record and Payments
We may use a third-party Merchant of Record, payment processor, app store, or other commerce provider to process purchases. These providers may collect and process payment information, billing information, tax information, fraud-prevention data, and other details needed to complete a transaction.
ZilchWorks does not directly handle or store your full credit card number. Payment information is handled by the applicable third-party provider according to that provider's terms and privacy policy.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Website Technologies
Our website may use cookies, consent tools, analytics tools, advertising tools, security tools, embedded content, or similar technologies. These tools help us understand how visitors use the site, measure website performance, respect cookie choices, improve pages, and protect the site from abuse.
Where required, we ask for consent before enabling certain optional cookies or tracking technologies. You can adjust your browser settings or use our cookie consent controls where available.
6. Email Communications
We may send you transactional emails related to purchases, downloads, license keys, support, refunds, or important product notices. If you choose to receive marketing or update emails, you may opt out by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us.

8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including customer support, order records, license records, legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, and business administration.
Support files, screenshots, logs, or other materials you voluntarily send may be retained while we work on your request and for a reasonable period afterward in case follow-up is needed.
