Debt Blaster Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Debt Blaster software and related products or services provided by ZilchWorks ("ZilchWorks," "we," "us," or "our"). It explains when refunds may be available, how to request a refund, and what happens to your software license after a refund is issued.
This policy is intended to be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any purchase terms shown at the time of purchase.
1. Plain-Language Summary
Unless a different refund policy is stated at the time of purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days after buying Debt Blaster. After a refund is issued, your license may be deactivated and you should uninstall the software.
2. Refund Window
Unless a different policy is stated at the time of purchase, Debt Blaster purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The refund window begins on the date your order is completed.
- Refund requests made after the refund window may be denied unless required by applicable law.
- If a product page, checkout page, order confirmation, merchant of record, payment processor, or app store states a different refund period or process, that stated policy may apply.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with enough information to find your order.
-
1. Send your request.
Email us and clearly state that you are requesting a refund.
-
2. Include order details.
Include your name, email address used for purchase, order number if available, and purchase date.
-
3. Tell us what happened.
A brief explanation helps us improve the product and may help us solve the issue.
4. Digital Software and License Keys
Debt Blaster is digital software. After purchase, you may receive a download link, license key, activation information, or other access information. Receiving or using those items does not remove your refund rights during the refund window unless a different policy is stated at purchase or required by the purchase provider.
5. Third-Party Purchases
Some purchases may be processed by a third-party merchant of record, payment processor, app store, marketplace, or similar provider. When that happens, the provider may control payment collection, taxes, order records, refund approval, refund timing, and the method used to return funds.
If you purchased Debt Blaster through a third party, we may direct you to that provider to complete the refund request.
6. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you believe you made a duplicate purchase, purchased the wrong product, used the wrong email address, or completed an accidental order, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the order information and help determine the appropriate next step.
7. Support Before Refunds
If Debt Blaster is not installing, activating, opening, or working as expected, you may contact us for support before requesting a refund. We may ask for basic details such as your operating system, software version, error message, order number, or screenshot so we can troubleshoot the issue.
You do not have to accept support before requesting a refund during the refund window, but support may solve the problem faster than starting over with another tool.
8. Items That May Not Be Refundable
Unless required by applicable law or stated differently at purchase, the following may not be refundable:
- Refund requests made after the refund window has expired.
- Orders that cannot be verified with the information provided.
- Purchases made through a third party that requires refunds to be handled directly through that provider.
- Abusive, fraudulent, chargeback-related, or repeated refund activity.
- Services, custom work, consulting, training, or support packages that have already been performed, if those items are offered separately from the software.
9. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method used for the order. Actual timing depends on the merchant of record, payment processor, app store, card issuer, bank, or other payment provider involved in the transaction.
Once a refund is submitted, we may not be able to speed up the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account.
10. Your License After a Refund
After a refund is issued, your right to use the refunded product ends. Your license key, activation, download access, update access, or support eligibility may be disabled. You should uninstall the software and delete any downloaded installer files or backup copies that are no longer licensed.
11. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any refund, cancellation, chargeback, consumer protection, or other rights you may have under applicable law. If applicable law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.
12. Contact Us
Refund questions and refund requests may be sent to info@zilchworks.com.
Please include your name, email address used for purchase, order number if available, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue.
